Dr. Tangi James-Boone is a Professional Certified Coach (PPC), senior-level talent and leadership development consultant, learning strategist, professional facilitator, speaker, entrepreneur and a former university faculty instructor. She brings a diverse background of 15 years in corporate learning and development initiatives working with Fortune 500 clients like Deloitte, Walgreens, Microsoft and Spotify.

Tangi has consulted and coached in multi-national enterprises across various industries (financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, technology, media educational services and faith-based organizations). Her 15 years of senior executive coaching experience spans multiple disciplines (sales, marketing, human resources, management, science and technology). This cross-functional and cross-industry exposure provides a strong foundation for Tangi’s multifaceted critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Tangi holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), a Master of Science in Instructional Design, and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication. In addition, she is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 2200 hours of coaching experience. Tangi is certified in several assessments, (DiSC, Korn Ferry Leadership Potential and LP 360, Eli-MP), and is a curious lifetime learner.
