- We’ll develop key milestones and action steps to address the top barriers identified by the Solution Session. This quickly and visibly makes our work actionable to build momentum.
- We’ll create practical roadmaps by assigning owners and resources to each initiative.
- Unlike most consultants who give you a recommendation and conclude the engagement, Enerpace uses a “Coach-Approach”, staying with you during implementation to keep you on track. Accountability follow-ups are facilitated through virtual “check-in” meetings at the 30/60/90-day marks, creating and modeling the NEW “Way Your Firm Does Business”.
Afterwards, you’ll receive the output of the session in a template/scorecard format that we will review with your leadership team monthly. This provides accountability, and the opportunity for us to provide assistance and best practices to overcome any obstacles or challenges encountered along the way.
