Diana is a leadership development coach who is passionate about partnering with her clients to lead with agility & courage, while challenging them to explore and create what they want in their lives. Diana is an MBA, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a PCC through the International Coaching Federation.
Candace Goodwin
Dr. Goodwin has over 25 years of executive leadership experience directing innovation, culture change and organizational & leadership development. Her professional experience ranges from a Vice President of Accounting to a President of a University. She is adept in strategic planning, implementation and known for her ability to drive excellence in execution. Candace has a strong focus on human resources and organizational development resulting in her commitment to leadership and employee advancement. Her educational background includes a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelors of Art in Finance. She is also a Genos Certified Emotional Intelligence, a Catalytic Coach, a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer and speaker, and a Rapid Change Facilitator.
Tangi C. James
Dr. Tangi C. James is a Professional Certified Coach (PPC), senior-level talent and leadership development consultant, learning strategist, professional facilitator, speaker, entrepreneur and a former university faculty instructor. She brings a diverse background of 15 years in corporate learning and development Initiatives. She has consulted and coached in multi-national enterprises across various industries (financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, technology, media educational services and faith-based organizations). Tangi holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), a Master of Science in Instructional Design, a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication and is certified in several assessments (DiSC, Korn Ferry Leadership Potential and LP 360, Eli-MP) and is a curious lifetime learner.
Thomas A. Horne
Tom serves as a certified business coach and mentor to CEOs, Business Partners, Vice Presidents, General Managers and other business leaders. Tom’s clients aspire to make a difference in the results and directions of their companies and in their lives. Tom has more than 30 years of experience leading business teams, developing new businesses and creating international sales in challenging markets. He is a CTI graduate and a visionary leader with a keen sensitivity to leadership agility, emotional intelligence (Certified in the leading EQi 2.0 Assessment), interpersonal relationships (uses the Myers Briggs assessment to promote awareness) and motivations in private businesses. For more than two decades, Ariadne Moisiades has worked with leaders at all levels to realize their professional excellence, business growth, and personal fulfillment. Ari’s work is driven by the belief that people reach their potential when they assume leadership roles in every area of their lives. She supports her clients as they identify and build on their innate leadership strengths along their journeys to personal and professional success. Ari is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She has also completed training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching at the Center for Right Relationship (CRR). Russell Heath
Russell works with high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs who are committed to exceling as executives and leaders. His coaching focus is personal mastery; that is, to develop in individuals the leadership, emotional intelligence, and resilience to drive the action forward—with deftness and humor—regardless of the circumstances. He came to leadership coaching after many years leading non-profit mission-driven organizations in Alaska. In those efforts, it became clear to him that the essential element in the success or failure of any organization or project was the quality of its leadership. Russell is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is a Master Certified Coach.

Jackie Salek
Jackie is the voice of Enerpace Executive Coaching. Jackie works as the Administrative Assistant and Project Manager with focus on social media. Before Enerpace, Jackie worked as a Research Consultant for Society Bank, as an Assistant Site Coordinator and Teacher for Search Developmental Center and later took time to raise her kids. She has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Miami University.
