You have your pedal to the metal in the business world, but even race car drivers know they need an occasional pit stop for fuel and tires to continue functioning safely and at peak performance.

Leading your organization through significant change often entails jumping from one challenge to another, making decisions without adequate information. To add to the difficulty, you may only be able to connect to your team virtually through video conferencing, texts and instant messaging. To sustain performance in dynamic high-pressure environments, effective mid-race adjustments are required.

Are your functional leaders aligned? Has your team been able to respond to changes in demand, supply chain issues and employees working virtually? What message and tone have you set for your organization?

The virtual pit stop allows your team to take a “Structured Pause” – just long enough to review what’s working, and how to better align execution through the long race ahead.  Sometimes, we all need to slow down, assess the track conditions, and then get quickly back up to speed.

In this interactive team meeting, we will:

  • Assess how well you’re working together as a team through the current challenges
  • Prioritize where the team needs to focus for maximum effectiveness
  • Identify behaviors the leadership team needs to emphasize moving forward – first as a team, and then individually, using breakout rooms
  • Gain alignment on how the team will modify behavior moving forward
  • Create personal action plans to implement the specific effectiveness opportunities for each leader

Afterwards, we’ll schedule 3 monthly check-ins. These 45 to 60-minute virtual sessions will provide you with accountability as a leadership team. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to make any necessary course corrections before getting back “on the track” – both as a team and as individual leaders.
